If Penn State goes 12-0 with its soft schedule during the regular season, will the Lions play in the BCS national championship game?

Given JoePa's age, legend status, etc., they would make SURE that Penn State goes to the championship game ... if nothing else, to give him one last (?) chance to go out on top of the game.
