Erik is the accounting manager for the Altoona Mirror. He has a degree in accounting from Penn State University. In recent years, Erik has been an assistant track and cross country coach at Bishop Guilfoyle High School. He has completed six marathons, three half-marathons, many 5, 10, and 15K road races, and one 50 mile ultramarathon, yet he's humble enough to admit that his wife Deanna and their five children are all much faster than him.
