I have to say it definitely gave me a sense of nostalgia. When my brother and I were younger we used to play Street Fighter 2 all the time. It was a great game. And now getting the chance to play Street Fighter with him again after all these years was a trip. He has been playing it since it came out so I played against the computer just to get the hang of the game before he got the chance to rock me. I started out with Ryu. He probably has some of the best and easiest moves to pull off so him or Ken would probably be a good character to start out with. My brother told me that if you master his moves first then it's easier to learn other characters moves. Playing against the computer I thought that I would be able to win pretty easily. Boy was I wrong. I was getting my you know what handed to me. However, I was able to pull off three of his specials moves right off the bat, which I was pretty happy about. According to my brother, thats better than some of our other friends because they couldn't even remember how to throw Ryu's fireball. After I played the CPU a few times we just did some training so he could teach me Ryu's moves and how to do his Ulta move, which Street Fighter 2 didn't have. After awhile of training I figured I would see how well I would fair against him. I knew he was pretty good at the game but I thought I could hold my own. I guessed wrong. My brother and Sagat are a bad combination. Well bad for me anyways. I did eventually win one round but he came right back and destroyed me the next round. But hey it was my first time so I didn't feel too bad. That being said, I still really enjoyed myself. I think if you liked Street Fighter 2 you will have a lot of fun with Street Fighter 4. Even if you can't get the hang of the character moves, I think you still have a chance at winning.
