Mirror moms

As a new mom, my best sources of parenting information are online. I participated in forums throughout my pregnancy, regularly look up health information, check out the latest toy recalls and chat with other parents around the country.

Now I can do it in my own community.

The Mirror launched a new site today just for parents. You can find it here. It's filled with information tailored to moms and dads, but best of all there is a place for everyone to discuss and comment about the issues that arise as we try to do best by our little ones.

I've posted a forum topic about my daughter Allison's upcoming 9-month vaccinations and fears about autism.  I'm hoping some of you more experienced parents can leave some feedback.

There is also a specific CU gallery just for the new site where parents can post pictures.

In honor of that, I decided to add a newer pictures of Allison here. (Not that any parent really needs an invitation to show off their child's adorable grin, right?)
