But for one Duncansville couple and their six children, that horror became a reality this week. Charley and Emily Thompson's home on Third Avenue was a total loss. So it probably goes without saying that they could use some help. Duncansville Police Chief James Ott said clothing donations are being accepted and can be left on the front porch of the Thompson’s next-door neighbor at 805 Third Ave. Here are the sizes needed:
If any clothes matching these specifications are gathering dust in your closet or dresser drawers, please think about sending them to a new home. I'm sure they will get a lot of use.
